Monday:
SJH - full warmup @ 1:45, then lift in Fitness Center
Distance  - meet @ 1:45 for workout instructions
Shot & Disc - w/ Coach Brett B. @ 3:45

Tuesday:
Long Jumpers - w/ Coach Haley B. during B8 class
Sprinters - w/ Rowe during B8 class
Throwers - lift in Fitness Center during B8
High Jump - w/ Coach Brett B. @3:45

Wednesday:
S&J - w/ Coach B & Rowe @ 2:45
Hurdlers - w/ Coach Hill @ 2:45
Distance - w/ Hays @ 2:45
Javelin & Shot - w/ Brett B. @ 3:45

Thursday:
Long Jumpers - w/ Coach Haley B. during B8 class
Sprinters - w/ Rowe during B8
Throwers - Lift during B8
High Jump - w/ Coach Brett B. @3:45

Friday:
S&J - w/ Coach B & Rowe @ 2:45
