Developmental Indoor Track and Field Meet

Entrance both days is at the southeast corner of the arena, east of the main entrance. Parking for buses and cars is in the lot west of the football stadium. All athletes must report to the bullpen, located at the north end of the arena, approximately 20 minutes prior to their event. They must listen carefully to all public address announcements to know when to report. All field event marks will be measured and all track competitors will be timed. There will be no minimum marks for this meet! All field event marks and all track times will be posted. Results will be available to coaches as soon as the meet is completed. Admission to the meet is $5.00 for everyone entering the facility. The admission ticket will allow the athlete to participate in one event. For each additional event, the athlete must purchase a $2.00 ticket. Each athlete in a relay must have a card. Friday night athletes, coaches and fans may show their stamped hand on Saturday and be admitted for $2.00. . No SPIKES will be allowed in the arena. Shoes that have spikes removed are not allowed on the gym floors. No food, drinks, chalk or spitting is allowed in the arena. COACHES: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ATHLETES ARE AWARE OF THESE RULES. Due to fire code regulations and the fact that the facility is still open to the public, competitors and coaches will not be allowed on the suspended track or on the connecting walkway. |
