Monday Feb. 15 WO

Practice at the high school tomorrow for all those who can attend! If you can't be there make sure to get the workout done! 

Jumpers: 1x400m, 4x200m, 4x100m

Sprinters: 
100m/200m- 4x250m (35-28 @ 200m pace) 2 min rest
400m- timed 3x500m (500m walk rest) stride outs

Distance: 
800m- 6x200m @ 800m pace with 2 min active rest, 4x100m all out 1 min rest
1600m- 6x400m @ mile pace with 3 min rest, 4x100m finishing pace w/1 min rest
3200m- 10x400m @ 2 mile pace with 2:30 rest, 2x100m at finishing pace w/1 min rest
