Monday Practice!

Everyone recovery day from awesome week! Ice, roll out stretch!!!
-Distance runners + 400/800m runners low mileage 
-100,200 runners 1 mile of easy stride outs
-jumpers have 2x300m, 4x200m, 2x100m 
-Throwers are practicing after pictures

Meet at the high school on the track at 1:45 for pictures! If you don't have a uniform come at 1:15. And if you haven't done concussion training come at 1:30!
