A link to information on the Distance Challenge is posted on the right side of this page. You do not need to be pre-registered for the meet. You WILL need to bring $5 to enter an event. $5 will allow you to run multiple events if you desire. The team will not be able to pay the entry fees this week. There are no field events at the distance challenge. There is also a meet at Weber State on Fri/Sat if you're interested. Field events will be contested at WSU on Friday. The link is also on the right.
Many of you have not yet competed in an indoor meet. I would prefer that you compete in at least one of the next two. For this meet, sprinters should run the 400 (even if you think its not your best event) and distance runners can run in the 800, 1600, and/or 3200.
We will have a parent-meeting on Feb. 5th at 6pm. It will be brief. Please have a parent attend - It is not necessary for team members to attend. The meeting will be held in the commons area.
